2nd on my list is Vitamin E Oil. I've been trying to take better care of my nails and I have found that rubbing a little vitamin E oil on my cuticles daily has really helped my hang nail situation and my nails seem to grow faster and are stronger! I get it at Wal-Mart and it's cheap and lasts a long time!
3rd is the "As Seen On TV" Ped Egg! I love it! Tony uses it too. My heels get really dry and they crack and bleed. I use the Ped Egg before going to bed and then rub a thick shea cream or Vitamin E oil on them and they have not given me a problem since! Love it, love it love it!!!

You know what? I saw one of those pedeggs on tv and thought it was pretty cool too but wasnt sure if it would really "do the job", awesome that you use it, I always need another persons "testimony" about something before I buy it.
I didnt know you can buy Vita E at Walmart! Im all about the E too, and thank you for telling me where to buy it. Good job for riding the bike, keep it up!!

I went to the temple today and just as I was leaving I saw Scott. It was pretty neat to see him there, its just a fulfilling feeling seeing friends doing the Lords work.
