I love that part of the country. Oh and that is a bananna slug, if you lick it it will turn your toung numb (our highschool always took a science camping trip to the coast and the guys always dared eachother to lick them)

Curtis and I wanted to go to the coast this summer but plans changed. Looks like a wonderful trip! Some day we'll make it out there. Glad you made it home safe and sound.

OK, we all have to go! My brother wants to have a family reunion there (for my dad's family) so in a couple of years we could all go and have the time of our lives! There is so much to see and do! It is totally awesome. It would be fun for us all to go so start planning, saving, etc etc!

Looks like you had a great time! Great pictures! We've been wanting to go to the Oregon Coast. We were going to go last year but had to cancel. So we settled for a seaside themed room at the Anniversary Inn - it was great! (It was South Pacific rather than the Oregon Coast. The bed was in a hut and the walls were painted beautifully with a coastline and waterfalls. The shower/jetted tub was also a waterall. Pretty cool. Definitely recommend the Anniversary Inn to anyone - we loved it). Can't wait till the reunion in Astoria - that will be so fun!
?'s: Does anyone live in the Goonie house? And did you guys watch that movie while you were there? Just wondering.
