Work has been so slow these days that we are contacting Clients with a different approach.....

Each office is planting a "Victory Garden" like they did in World War 2. We will then share the produce with temps this fall. The idea is
"If we can't offer them a job, we will offer them things they may be in need of." We are also cleaning out our closets etc and we will be having a "Flea Market" and the temps can come and select things they may need. Each office is also making a "Comfort Quilt" and there will be a drawing this fall and one lucky temp will be the recipient. We are trying to involve the clients and hoping they will join in and donate as well.
Yesterday, we planted 4 tomatoes. Today we planted pumpkins and two varieties of squash. Tomorrow we will put in
Zucchini,
cucumbers and red and green peppers. It's been fun. Not a
usual day at work!
