yikes. I don't know- I guess just call the old secretary and keep asking for her advice until you get the hang of it all.
Take up smoking and drinking coffee until you are released from your calling! Only kidding! I'm with Heather. Go to the old secretary. Hope you get it figured out.
Send it over my way. I LOVE numbers! I would much rather be doing that than in the nursery (don't tell my little boy that, but it's true). I find excel helpful because I tend to make too much human error, but you're probably already using that. Good luck.
That sounds like days I have at work... starting over and doing it from scratch after taking a breather from it helps.. wait you did that when you posted... do it again!
Talk to your ward clerk if he knows anything about the MLS (church computer program) he can help you with half of those reports. Definatly talk to the old secretary, But the ward clerk is a great resource.
just fudge the numbers. does that count as being honest in all your doings?
I second the "talk to the former secretary and clerk" suggestions - I wouldn't think the info's changed too much in the last couple weeks, *clicking heels*. But yeah, the only way I know how to figure anything out is by asking other people... good luck, thoughts, & prayers! :-)
