I had to go to Dr. Jo this morning! My back has been out for 3 days now ! I actually thought I was feeling better yesterday and then I got up this morning and jumped in the shower to get ready for work. I put one leg up on the shower stool to shave and "SNAP" .......out it went and I nearly buckled and went down to my knees! I must of let out a squeal cuz Tony jumped out of bed and was there in a flash! I can't wait to get off work so I can go home and lay flat!

Nothing like falling in the shower! Even better is your man finding you there in all sorts of awkwardness! Hope your back gets better soon!
