MY TIME WITH JILL & THE CHITLINS.....

Jill got to town on Tuesday the 8th of December. She drove up from Arizona with 4 kids by herself, forging her way through blizzards and whiteouts! She's braver than I am !
Her motto:
"I AM WOMAN, HEAR ME ROAR !" LOL
She stayed in Boise with her mother the 1st week and got Claire enrolled in a charter school (which Claire LOVES) and Mostyn situated with his daddy and enrolled in his school. Claire will be staying with "Nay Nay" (Jill's mom) and Mo with his dad till school's out.
Jill and the two little one's came out to Nampa on the 15th and it just so happened that Krista and Nephi were visiting that night so they got to catch up with one another.
They stayed with me 3 nights. On Wednesday while I was at work, Hawkins and Scotlyn made a "GINGER BREAD HOUSE" .......with the help of mommy.
Hawkins is raising his hand and saying. "I DID IT".....

After I got off work tonight (Friday) I went into Boise and had a lovely delicious Salmon dinner with Jill and her parents and her sister Jennifer and all the kids! Carlos caught some salmon in Astoria this past summer and cooked some up on the grill. IT WAS TO DIE FOR ! Mary made creamed peas and potatoes and a Cesar salad and baget bread! Man, I finally felt like I was eating as good as Tony is right now! LOL (although I'm serious !!)

After dinner, we all bundled up and drove to the Botanical Garden's in downtown Boise and enjoyed the beautiful Christmas lights, some caroling and hot chocolate and cookies.

It was a wonderful evening.

Honestly, this is the most "NORMAL" picture of Hawk that I got all night! He'd pose for Grandpa Carlos and smile nice and then he'd ........Well, I'll show you .....

They are off for Arizona on Sunday. Glad I got to spend a little time with them. Just hope Jill has good roads on the trip home.
