WATCH WHAT YOU SAY......
People NEVER forget !!
Remember last October when I was in Relief Society and they asked if anyone had
"Good News"
I said I had good news ...... which was Tony got a job !!!
But I also had "Bad News" ...... It was in Iraq !!!
A sister asked me when he got to come home. I said the contract was for a year but he would be home in Feb/March for a visit........ and then I said ......(famous last words)
"Then I'll be on him like a Rat on a Cheeto"
Well, I had to go on visits last night with the Stake Relief Society and when I arrived at the church, Sister Joy Boekweg was sitting in the lobby waiting for her son who is a Scout. I greeted her and she jumped up and said "I have something for you...... come with me to my car". I hesitated because I was already a bit late but she insisted. I followed her to her car and she opened the trunk and pulls out a big gift bag. All I saw was a chip bag of sorts so I said
"Yay, food, I love food"
She says, " Lets go into the church and you can open it"
So I did and I couldn't help but laugh .......
It was a RAT and a bag of Cheeto's !!!

ha ha. pretty funny mom. guess that was a memorable statement for people! hey, you got a gift out of it! you should say stuff like that more often!
That is toooo funny!!! They did good mom! We're still enjoying the new experience as new parents... can't wait 'til you come to visit! We love you!
LOL. I have to say I haven't forgotten that either. It's going to be a hard one to forget because it was so funny. Can't believe someone got that for you though. Too funny!
