DOUBLE DUTY TODAY!~

Tony and I had our regular shift today so we got up at 4:30 and left the house at 5:27. Tony was also subbing for a young man so we were staying through the mid shift as well. I planned on doing several ordinances while he worked his 2nd shift. We met in the break room at 11am and ate a  little snack and he gave me several sealings to do along with my own, because I was scheduled to do them from noon to 2.  while Tony went to work his shift, I went to do initiatory. I did 5 of my own names and then headed up to the sealing floor. Tony was actually scheduled on the sealing floor for an hour so we were able to do our spouses and a lot of the children. It was so awesome. When we 1st started, there was a young Spanish man who had some family names. So Tony was the husband, I was the wife and there were two sons and two daughters being sealed to their parents. All 6 of us kneeled around the alter while the family was sealed together. It was the 1st time I have ever been able to do that with several around the alter. It was so spiritual! Tony left after the 1st hour to go to another assignment. I stayed and finished up all the sealings we had. Then I went and did an endowment. I finished at the same time Tony finished his second shift. At 3:30! We were so excited to talk to each other and find out we did 62 ordinances today.

I walked down to the end of the sidewalk to get a photo of the flowers with the Temple in the background. So BEAUTIFUL!~

When we went home, we picked up Scotlyn. Her dad got called out of town to Utah and her mom is in Philadelphia for work. Rather than try and wake her up Sunday morning for church, I asked if she could stay overnight, and go to church with us.  It was a go! We went home and changed and then went to 

SMOKEY MOUNTAIN PIZZA for some dinner.

We got a super large Carnivore and we ate the whole thing!! Mmmmm It was so good!

  They put us in the back room where they usually put parties and there was this big picture hanging on the wall. I had to laugh because it looked like the man was peeing in the water. Tony said he was fishing. OH, I CAN SEE THAT NOW!!  lol  Then he told me he could see how I thought that. lol

After eating, Tony worked on his lesson for tomorrow while Scotlyn and I made some paper purses. I got 5 done and Scotlyn made 4. We'll be making more tomorrow after church.

It was so much fun!!

I love playing with paper with this young lady! She is so much fun to have around!

After we finished, I was doing laundry and my blog so Scotlyn made cookies for me. I needed some for our dinner with the ladies tomorrow.

Mmmmmm, they are good!~

We both ate one!

I had to laugh at Scotlyn. She said when she smiles she has ASIAN EYES!  I love her bright smile so I posted the picture she didn't like! lol  It was such a good day and I am so tired so we are heading to bed! Tomorrow is another day!
