Sophia and Isabel even helped and we had a great time!! Traci cut out all the bags, I started sewing, Heather and Sophia turned and pressed and Isabel pinned pieces together. I was really impressed with the little girls! After Traci was finished cutting she got busy sewing too. We got a lot done but had to quit at 10:00. Both Traci and I had to work Friday and the kids had school.
Today (Saturday) we headed back out and finished.
This is the end result!!
Sophia spent the night at her friends so she wasn't in the picture to show hers off !
I think they turned out pretty darn cute!
We had subway sandwiches after all our hard work and then Heather and I left. Traci had to work this afternoon and Heather and I came back to Nampa and got ready to walk the greenbelt. (Trying to plan the excursion for the Young Women and since the Boise Greenbelt is flooded I decided we would scout out a Nampa route!)
A little drink before going ........
We couldn't get Rowan to nap before our excursion! We told him we were going to see the ducks! He was pretty excited but we discovered the ducks have been WELL FED.....they seemed pretty bored with what we were giving them and wouldn't eat it so Rowan got bored and he fell asleep!!
And bed time!
He stayed that way till it started to sprinkle and that woke him up!! We went home, had some dinner, played a bit and then it was bath time!
And bed time!
Yeah, right! ................................................
Heather is still sitting in there on the floor trying to get Rowan to settle down! That 45 minute nap on the Greenbelt was just enought to give him a 2nd wind! It's almost 10PM and he is still wired!
