SUCCESSFUL DAY @ THE TEMPLE

We got up at 7:30 and got ready to go to the temple. We ate a small breakfast and waited for Lynn to come pick us up. She showed up at 10 to 9 and off we went. Tony drove. We got to the temple and I got out and headed to the doors.
I got to the gated area and turned around and no one was following me. I waited for a little while and then started back towards the car. Joyce was extremely dizzy and having a hard time standing on her own. She still wanted to go in so we helped her to the front doors and Tony got her a wheel chair. I pushed her back to the large dressing room and Lynn went in with her. I quickly dressed in a small room and then went back to them. I pushed her to the elevator and we sat at the back of the chapel until they let us all go in early to the endowment room. We were able to be right up front. Once we were in the veil room, we were still on the front row. I was able to push her to the veil at the appropriate time and once she was through, I was able to go. Tony, Lynn, and Joyce were waiting in the Celestial Room when I came through. We went down to the 1st floor to do our Initiatory and Joyce said she was  feeling a lot better so we had a Ordinance worker take the wheelchair. We did our 23 Initiatory names after doing 4 endowments. Then we were ready to go to the Baptistry but Lynn couldn't find her purse! lol Here we go again!!  Tony went through her bag, no purse. I went back to the dressing room and to the restroom with her but we could not find her purse. We told her that she had to have her recommend with her because she was able to get in. I told her to look in her temple slip (It has a little pocket) and sure enough, her recommend was in it. I tell ya, these elderly women keep us on our toes!!  lol  Tony quickly went out to find her purse (it was in the car)  and to take our bags out. We went down to the Baptistry and I got dressed and waited for Tony. Soon, he was there and we got busy again!  Tony was baptized eight times and then he baptized me 15 times. It was GREAT!~  While we were changing into our street clothes, the sisters were confirmed for the names we baptized. Then when I came in, Tony was being confirmed for the men. They let me be confirmed for three Temple names. It was a successful day to be sure!!

We left the temple and went to CHICK FIL A for lunch. I got a salad and the other three got sandwiches and waffle fries.
 SO GOOD!~
We then went to the car wash and ran Lynn's car through before coming home to change and head to the Rec Ctr.
We picked up Lynn and took her with us. Joyce needed to rest!

We walked. Me two miles and Tony walked 3.2 miles and then we both  got on the Elliptical . I rode 5 and 1/2 miles on it and after Tony was finished walking, he came and rode for 3 miles. We came home after dropping Lynn off and we are both tired. Resting and working on more names for our next Temple Trip. It was such a good day!!
