A RELAXING DAY....FINALLY

Tony subbed at the temple today and it was the early shift. He asked me last night if I wanted to go and do some work while he served his shift but I have been so tired and I needed a day to rest and catch up!  I slept till 9am. Man, it felt so good! I got up and dressed and then I got the chicken out of the fridge to pull the meat off. Got that done and put the meat back in the fridge and threw out the bones. Then I got busy calling more sister's to see if I could get a sub for Blakes wedding on the 25th of November. I was so glad! #13 was the lucky call. lol It took a while but I got it!  So happy! 

I got a text from Mary asking if I'd got her text messages about more cards. I told her I did but since she didn't need them till November, I didn't think there was a big hurry. She sent me another scripture and wants 6 of each. So, I got to stamping and using my ink markers for six of them. She wants one of the scripture surrounded by roses.

Tony got home from the temple and then had to go to his moms to look for the license and insurance cards AGAIN!~ Deb couldn't find them in Utah so he looked again in her house. He spent another hour but to no avail! She' s gonna have to apply for another license and ask for more insurance cards. She's a little worried about the license aspect of it. She's afraid of having to take a driving test. When Tony got home, we drove Joyce to the cardiologist appointment. Tony went back with her to talk to the doctor. I stayed in the waiting room and started a new book. WOW!! Another nail biter right from the get go!!  Love Dan Brown books!! When we got home, I made some hamburger gravy  and fried some potatoes. We ate and then I started cutting out the roses.

Wish I had a die to cut them out but I don't!! 

SO, fussy cutting it is!! Didn't get a lot done today but it sure felt good to take it a little slower today! I seriously needed  it!
