YAY!!! I'M SO EXCITED!~

Lynn picked us up to go to the gym this morning. She wanted to go too and we only have the truck right now. It's too hard for her to get in it so, she said she'd come get us. We just walked today so it wasn't too long of a workout!

When we got home, I noticed the Daffodils by the fence are really coming up! I have three spots that are all up and showing and one spot where they can hardly be seen. I expect they'll pop up more as the days go on. We went in after Tony installed a State Farm, "Drive Safe & Save" in Mom's car. She went home and I made us a couple of eggs and toast for breakfast. While we were eating, I was looking at my phone and noticed that Jenni had 7 tickets to

THE CHOSEN event on Saturday. I really want to go so I asked Tony, "If I can get all 7, we could take Curtis & Deedra, Mom and Joyce & Tammy as well as us!" So, we called Deedra to see if they would be interested. She said YES! Then we got a hold of the two ladies and they said YES! Lastly, Tammy and she said YES!  SO, I called Jenni and asked if I could have all 7. She looked at the post about the tickets on our Ward FB page. 20 people had looked, but no one was interested!  SO, she said I could have all 7 tickets. YAHOO!~ 

We drove over to Jenni's and I got all 7 tickets in my grubby little hand!! I am so excited. The actors who will be at the event are, Tamar, Zebedee, and Schmuhl!  It's gonna be so fun to see them and to hear how working on The Chosen has strengthened their faith in Christ!  I'm SO EXCITED!!

We stopped by the accountant and dropped off another tax paper we were waiting on and then came home. We finished watching all 16 seasons of HEARTLAND so we got out 24 again!! We watched a couple of episodes and then around 3, I made us lunch. Tony had a meeting at 5. While he was gone, I called Carol. She walks with me and Rena at the rec center but she has been out for a couple of months. She had a surgery on her tailbone several years ago and it is deteriorating and has caused her to have sciatic pain in both hips and legs all the way down to her feet. She has not been able to walk and is just now able to make it across her living room with a cane. After our visit, I got a card ready to send to her tomorrow. Then, I started to read the new MICHAEL VEY book I got a while back. Tony got home around 6:30 and we watched some more 24 till it was time for bed. We are in 2nd Nephi of the Book of Mormon and will read some more tonight. Going to the temple in the morning. 

One of my favorite country singers, (Toby Keith) passed away today. He was a great singer and a wonderful patriot! 

This is Brother Law from our ward. He is retired now but when he was with the service and overseas, Toby visited his base. I love that he got a picture with Toby! He confirmed what a

 GREAT GUY Toby was!

 His music will live on!!
