FINALLY SUN!!!

It was our temple day with the two little ladies today. We left around 8:50am. It was overcast and gray and COLD!! 23 degrees out! We had a wonderful successful day at the temple. We each did an endowment, then sealings and then initiatory! We got 75 ordinances done today! We were so thrilled!

AND, we came out to SUNSHINE!!  It was so nice. 1st time we've had a sunny day in a few weeks! We went to Chick Fil A for lunch. DELICIOUS!!  Tony and I were supposed to go with Jenni to a new family who had moved into the ward at 4 o'clock. However, I had a text from Jenni when I got out of the temple and evidently, the sister had been in the ER a couple of times this week and was not feeling up to visitors. SO, we all decided to go to the gym and walk.  We dropped the ladies off to change, we came home and did the same and then we picked them up and went to walk. As I was on my 2nd lap, a couple got on the track in front of me and it was the Sugg's. The couple who used to live next door to us. I said ( a little loudly) "Hey, you guys!!" They turned and looked at me and then said they didn't even recognize me. lol We walked a lap and I found out the Dale has had a bunch of A fib going on and has had to have some oblations. He is recovering and trying to build up his strength. I walked one lap with them and it was slow. Then I walked a lap with her and she told me they have a new grandson. 5 months old. When we got back around to Dale, Tony was there visiting with him.  Christine sat down with Dale for a while and Tony and I walked together.  I saw them one more time as we lapped them and by then I was done with my two miles so went down to the elliptical. It was good to see them again. It's been a long time. We finished our workout, took the ladies home and then Tony went to wash the car. I started on my crochet again.

It's getting bigger and I am almost out of another skein of yarn. 3 more to go and then I'll be done. lol I like the pattern. I have a few boo boo's in it but ya can't see them so I'm good with it. lol I am enjoying finding tutorials on line and trying new patterns. It's amazing what you can learn on line. Well, Tony got tired of 24 so he got out Lord of The Rings! Trade one kind of violence for another. lol I told him that we have to finish the other seasons of 23 eventually. I can't leave Jack Bauer in prison in China. Got to see him get home. lol  BUT, it's time for bed and some scripture reading so will sign off. It has been a GREAT DAY!~
