SATURDAY/SUNDAY

Saturday,  we had a wonderful day at the temple. The weather continues to be wet and windy and overcast.

But, no matter the weather, the temple is always beautiful!

The clouds were so interesting on the ride home and you could sure tell where the rain was dropping. 

We came home and grabbed a quick lunch. Salad and chips. Then we went to pick up Lynn and Joyce and we went to the Caucus. Voted and came home. I started a new crochet project. It's called the oyster stitch (or whatever you call a crochet pattern) I still don't have the side's down pat but I ripped it out three times and decided to just go with it. I'll have to pick up more yarn soon cuz I'm almost out. 

SUNDAY!

FUNNY WEATHER we're having! Nice, but cold when we left for church. Then after church, before choir, it started snowing!

It was coming down heavy as people were leaving.

It was a wet snow so we knew it would be gone before long. Sure enough, when we left choir to go home, it had stopped and by the time we went over to Joyce's for dinner, it was gone!

Joyce mad orange rolls and a breakfast casserole for dinner today.  Lynn brought the drink and I brought fruit.

It was good. After we'd eaten, we walked over to our house.

The daffodils are coming up like crazy! I think they are too thick but I won't thin them till after they have bloomed. 

I've got four different bunches of them. The snow and cold doesn't bother them a bit!

My bushes are budding out AND, 

I need to get them cut back SOON! We watched  the 1st two episodes of Season one of THE CHOSEN. If it had been up to me and Joyce, we'd have watched more but Lynn wanted to play games. 

SO, GOLF it was. Lynn won this time, I was 2nd, Joyce 3rd and Tony had a bad day! lol Glad it happens once in a while!
