TEMPLE THURSDAY

Today, we went to the Meridian Temple to do endowments. We each did 2. So between the 4 of us, we got eight done. The weather was nice when we left, so no coat for me or Tony. Lynn and Joyce both had one. Tony and I are tough! lol 

After we got out, I asked Tony to carry my bag out to the car, so I could go take a picture on the side where the pond is. I'd like to get one of the ladies at this photo shot but Lynn was feeling kinda loopy! Tony told her she needed to wear her hearing aids ALL the time. It helps with her balance. She says they itch her ears, he says she'd get used to them IF she would just wear them. lol It's the same old story with the two of them. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make her drink! lol

There was a young couple here that was taking turns taking their picture with their young son. I asked if they would like me to take their picture and they were excited to get one of the three of them.

The flowers are blooming and soon the grounds will be just gorgeous!!

Makes me anxious for my yard to start blooming! I saw Sister Glaetlie on the way to the car and she asked me to remind Joyce & Lynn about book club tonight. I said I would. It's at Lynn's house. We decided to get a rice bowl from HAPPY TERIYAKI, and take it to our home to eat it. I had leftover mini cream cheese pies for dessert.  

They were happy to sit down to eat and it was delicious!! I got a call from Mary Benjamin while we were eating and she wants me to make her more cards. I got the verses from the Bible text to me and I will work on them today while we rest and watch TV. At least get some ideas of what I want to do. It's been a good day. I thought Tony would want to go to the gym but he's tired too, so we are gonna skip it today. No skin off my noes. lol
