BUSY TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY

Well, I got to sleep in (somewhat) on Tuesday, lol. I didn't go to the gym because it was the SILVER SISTER LUNCHEON, and I was going to pick up Joyce, Lynn and Liz. It started at 11 but there is a round a bout being built on Northside, so I had to take an alternate route (which takes longer) so I stayed home. Tony went alone and I picked up the ladies and off we went.

It was a fun luncheon. We played Jeopardy before lunch. The categories were
SPORTS, TV & MOVIES, LDS HISTORY AND  US HISTORY.
It was fun. Liz really enjoyed it and I'm so glad she came with me.  It was a good turnout and the last one till September. After I got home, I made Tony some taco's for lunch and we relaxed and watched TV. It's getting hotter this week so we stayed inside.

Our new freezer was going to be delivered around 9 or 10 this morning (Wednesday) so we stayed home from the gym and emptied the freezer AGAIN!! We filled the tubs and kept them in the back room because it's so hot today.

After emptying the freezer and while we were waiting for the new freezer to come, I finished wrapping Christmas gifts. Now I just need to make the shadow boxes for my siblings and I'll have Christmas 2025 under wraps! lol

The freezer was finally delivered at 9 or shortly thereafter.
OUT WITH THE OLD....

AND IN WITH THE NEW.....

After they left, Tony got the feet leveled and we refilled the new freezer. It has a cold boost on it, which we hit because it needed to cool down fast! Hope it's a good one. I then came in and got my lasagna in the oven and my salad made.  It was done just as the Elder's and Yeti showed up. Then as I was broiling the garlic bread, Liz came. TIME TO EAT!!  We had a lovely lunch and then we moved to the living room for our discussion.

The Elder's talked to Liz about repentance, baptism and taking the Name of Jesus Christ upon us. It's so interesting to listen to her and Yeti and their impressions. Yeti has come a long way and he makes some totally awesome observations. It's fun to hear the 2 converse. The Elder's asked Liz about her own baptism and she is looking at sometime late July. It's so exciting.

I made sure I got pictures today. I forgot to last week.

From left to right: Yeti, Elder Edrington, Liz, Elder Spackman and of course.....TONY!  lol  We all split up after our discussion and the Elder's went to change for a work project they had in the Spanish Branch. Yeti went to work, and Liz also went to work. She is a merchandiser. She went to Mountain Home yesterday after the luncheon and was going to Winco today. Tony and I cleaned up the kitchen and then went to the gym to walk. We got our 4 miles in and then came home to rest. Tony is going to take little Tony to Taekwondo at 6 this evening so we are resting for now. I'll read my book while he is gone. It's been a good day!
