LIFE IS SO BUSY....AT LEAST MINE IS. LOL

Sunday, we had a wonderful Sacrament meeting. Two ladies from the Stake spoke and they did such a great job. The Oleniks were with us and the talks were so focused on Jesus Christ that it was a perfect message for them to hear. After church, we had a Linger Longer and they really enjoyed that too. The little boys were totally having a great time. We took Lynn home and she wanted us to come in and play some games before we left for our 4 o'clock leadership meeting. We played a few rounds of GOLF and then took Joyce home and we headed to Liz's home for a quick discussion about her baptism and then Tony and the Elder's gave her a blessing. Her foot has been bothering her because she had a toenail removed.  After leaving her home, we headed to the Northside Stake building for our LEADERSHIP MEETING. When we got home, our friends from California came to visit.  John and Denise Gleason. It is always so fun to visit with them and play games.

We asked the Bostrom's to come and visit as well because the 6 of us used to get together all the time to eat and play games before the Gleason's moved to California to be by grandkids. She has been taking care of her mother and she is ready to pass. They both want to move back to Idaho eventually.

Lamont and Jorjette had just got back from Washington where they were watching some car races. They pulled into town and were good enough to come over and play with us.
GOOG PEOPLE & GOOD FRIENDS!

Denise is one talented woman and she has all kinds of machines where she can make all kinds of cool things. She made me this cutting board and I love it! I put it on my watermelon wall of fame. I told her there was no way I was going to cut on it! lol

So after they left, I put it up on the wall. lol  It's getting full. I need to take everything down and rearrange some things.

Tony finished his puzzle and we went to bed.
Monday we went to the gym and I walked with Pat. We always have a good visit when we walk and I sure enjoy her company.  I came home and we ate a quick breakfast and then Tony went to take his mother to a doctor appointment. I mowed the front lawn and then went to mow the back and discovered the sprinklers were on.  SO, I went back up front and dug up all the crab grass that is starting to come over from the neighbors yard. Tony even poured a cement barrier to keep it from coming over but it's not preventing it. I worked my tail off. At 11:45, I had to go to the Northside building and deliver the 12 bags of popcorn I made for the blood drive.  Then I came back home and was able to mow the back yard. It was a beautiful day and the temperature was awesome. Perfect for working in the yard and garden. SO, after mowing, I started pulling weeds in the garden. When I was about halfway done, I moved the garden stool I was sitting on and when I sat back down I tipped over backwards. I struggled trying to get up and then heard Tony coming through the gate. I waited a minute and then yelled at him.....
"TONY, I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET UP!"    He came and helped me and I finished up.  I came in and took a shower and got ready for bed. I was dead tired.
We got up today and I headed across the street to take care of Katie Kat. I fed her and cleaned her litter box and then came home to get ready to go to the dentist. Tony took me to my appointment. What a day to have things go wrong. They were going to take x-rays before the cleaning but the machine wouldn't work. So Brittainie cleaned my teeth and then the machine worked. Then when I went to check out, the computer up front crashed. lol  We still made it to the temple on time. We did and endowment and initiatory. Lynn got dizzy again and I had to push her in a sit down walker.  We made it.

We went to THAILAND EXPRESS for lunch. It is so much better than the Thai Truck on the boulevard in all of our opinion.

We had the Thai Truck last week and it was more expensive and not as much flavor. The ladies agreed as well.

Tony and I got Pad Thai. It was nummy but I was unable to finish all mine so I took it home. Leftover's later this week. lol We came home and I made the Ginger drink. It is so stinkin time consuming.  It totally wears me out, but I got it done. Then I went back over to clean up the cat bowl. I gave her a wet cat food this morning and I needed to clean the dish. I pet her for a while and then I went out to pick the raspberries they told me to pick.

I got quite a few and there are more coming on!!  There will be more ready in a day or two. YAY!! I love raspberries.
