OLD FRIENDS, GREAT NEIGHBOR'S< GOOD TIMES!~

This is my husbands Uncle Bob and Aunt Joyce Haverfield! They live across the street from us! Funny thing is, long ago when I was a teenager in Missoula, they lived  there as well, and I grew up with their kids, but did not know my husband from Adam!~ lol Long story short, when Tony was single and dating, Joyce mentioned to her sister, Lynn (Tony's mother) that Tony should ask me out.

This is my good friend, JoDell Haverfield, who married Tony's cousin, Dave Haverfield. AGAIN, long before I ever met Tony! Joyce called JoDell (when Dave and JoDell  still lived in Lolo Montana and I was in Boise, and now a single mother for 13 years) JoDell asked me to go out with Tony whom I had finally met at a Ward Garden that belonged to Tony's Uncle Jeff and Aunt Cynthia Chandler)  Tony had even asked me out after I met him there and I declined.....We didn't see each other for 3 years, when I saw him at a wedding reception of a son of Jeff and Cynthia. When I saw him and realized who he was, I high tailed it out of the building......(What an Idiot I was lol) Anyway, that's when JoDell called me and asked if I would go out with Tony. I said No no no, in no uncertain terms and JoDell said she wouldn't hang up the phone till I agreed to go!! . I told her the only way I would go is if she and Dave came to Boise and went  on a "Double Date" with us.......this was on a Wednesday and they showed up Friday!  lol  THE REST IS HISTORY!~

Bob and Joyce just celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary and Tony and I went and saw so many people I have know for years and some I met when I married intot he family! This family was also from Missoula. Carol Powell, her daughter Cheryl (who was another best friend of mine) her brother Ron Powell and his wife Mary and their adopted  daughter from Afghanistan.

This is Stephanie who is JoDell's only daughter. 
AND her 7th little baby......OK, I was exaggerating when I said LITTLE!!  HE IS HUGE!!  lol

This is me and Janel who is a recent addition to the family as well. I met her at a wedding reception of another one of Jeff and Cynthia's kids and SHE IS FABULOUS!!   Love her to death! She lives in Oregon but when we see each other, we just pick up where we left off and have the best time! Wish they lived closer!!
