Monday morning we headed for the beach. There always has to be a" pee picture"! lol
When ya gotta go, ya gotta go!  We spent the day at the beach on the north end of the lake. It was OK but not that great! It took a lot of work getting all our stuff down to the water, There was NO shade to speak of so we had to use our canopy.  After the day was over we all (except Melissa and family) headed to Minnetonka Caves.

Derek and family at the entrance!

Tony and I before we walked to the entrance to descend into a wild extraordinary rock formations!

The Butterfield Gang. We all dressed warm because the cave is around 40 degrees!

The Stillman Norton Gang!

Tony and me and Diane (Tony's sister and her husband Jess )

Colby Norton Family!

Me and my Man downunder!  lol
It was a fun experience and a beautiful HUGE CAVE!!

The following are just some of the things we did ....
There are adorable BEAR's all over the town of BEAR LAKE! I love this one! It's an old stump that was in front of a store. Each whole had a cute bear carved into it.

One day several of us went horse back riding. Jess got the mule. He loved it and went off roading.....something they told us not to do but Jess is a pro!
Actually the guides got quite a kick outta him!

I was in front right behind the LEAD GUIDE and it was hard to get pictures but I managed a couple! It was quite the ride. Kinda "Man From Snowy River" at times. Up hills, down mountains, through creeks and trees we went. It was fun but an hour and 1/2 was plenty long for this old lady!

They took a picture of the whole group upon our return!

They have a Theater in town that did dinner shows! The Butterfields took in the dinner and then we met them after they finished to go to the show.

The Pickleville Playhouse!
Jess, Diane and Tony and I (as well as the Butterfields went to
"WHO SHOT JUANITO BANDITO"

It was sooooo worth the price of admission! I absolutely loved it! Great clean humor and a lot of LDS humor was put in.

We were in the grandstands! lol
The kids all got a mustache with their ticket!
Such a fun evening!

From Wednesday on, we went to the south beach and it was so much better! We had a great time playing in the water, canoeing, paddle boarding, boating, skiing, EATING and having a good time together!

Ellie

Stillman, Bridger and Melissa

Stillman with Garrett, Jack and Jayden

Nate and Blake on their boat and Gideon in the water!
Thanks Cleaver's  for providing the fun skiing, tubing
and paddle boarding !

I think that is Stillman back there being pulled. He tried his wake boarding and after a few tries was up lie a Pro. Derek popped outta the water on the 1st try!!

Back on dry land! Stillman, Gideon and Derek!

Michelle and Keaton enjoyed the paddle boards!

Bridger, just waking up from his nap on the beach! He was under the canopy!

Melissa and Deedra taking the
Mermaid out for a spin! We all had a great time at the water on several occasions!

On Thursday, after hearing about Dad Norton passing, we kept things a little quiet . Jess and Diane and Tony and I drove to Paris Idaho and toured the Mormon Tabernacle there.

It was Beautiful and very interesting!

One evening after playing in the water all day, we had a family Volley ball game! Alice sat on the ball! She's a little doll! lol

Bridger was pretty  stern about me taking his picture! lol
 He's such a cutie!

Fun was had by all!

And we all had to make a trip into town on occasion to have a famous "Raspberry milkshake" at one of the many local establishments who offered them!

And even on our way out of town, we stopped for another one! It was such a fun time ! The weather was lovely and the company great! I think everyone enjoyed themselves to the max!
