It was raining when we left for the temple on Saturday morning. It was a good day and I got by fine.
They had me on positions where I could sit a lot, except for the 3 time I went down to the laundry to get some clothes for a couple of sisters. It was nice when we left at noon. We were going to go straight home but Lynn called and asked us to come immediately to her house to see Andy and Ashley who were in town visiting.
We did and it was nice to see the kids. We had a great visit. We went home after they left and we changed our clothes and then went back to Lynn's. Stillman came over, as well as Tammy and family. Some played games and some of us watched a movie. I basically sat the remainder of the day and when we went to leave, my feet were so swollen, I could hardly walk out to the car! I immediately got ready for bed and hit the sack!
I got up (very briefly) Sunday morning and decided to stay home from church! My Feet hurt so bad!!
I called Traci and talked to her about my problem. She asked me to send her a picture...so I sent this. She said she has never seen anything like it and to get to the doctor ASAP!
So this morning, bright and early, we called the doctor. He's out till Friday so we jumped in the car and went to the 10 Mile Urgent Care. They did a chest x-ray and said I had garbage in my lungs again and so prescribed another couple of antibiotics so it doesn't turn into pneumonia again. Then they took blood and sent them off to a lab. She suspects some sort of auto immune deficiency. Just waiting for the results. Might be a day or so. She also told me to wear compression socks so Tony ordered me a pair. I already have one pair. We came home and I immediately put my feet up. Looks like I'll be resting a while.
She and Diane had gone to Hobby Lobby and gave us a pick of two ceramic pieces. This one and a water pitcher. Both were beautiful but I picked this one! I love it!
Then we gave her a watch. She is always saying she needs a watch but then never buys one....so we got her one. It was a nice visit with them. They will be leaving in the morning for Utah so we won't see her for a month or so. I'm sure she will enjoy her time with her girls!
