I went to the school last night for ONE HOUR!! I got home and was so sore! All I had to do was walk into the school to my table (and it wasn't far!!) and I carried a basket! John was such a sweetheart and carried in all my boxes! It took me 45 min tops to set up my table and then John and Denise took me home. My hands, legs and feet were so sore again!! I really think my hands were sore because of the two casseroles I mixed up early in the day! When your hands aren't healed from the broken wrists, it makes it hard to do things correctly. Just mixing up the hash browns, soup, sour cream, butter and cheese was a real chore. Consequently, my hands are so sore today!! I rubbed Deep Heat and Voltaren Arthritis cream all over my legs, feet and elbows before going to bed. Then I had to get up in the night and put on anti itch cream on my elbow and heels! I HATE THIS!!
I did not sleep well to say the least!
My heels are a MESS! The stupid blisters just keep getting bigger! Some are drying up but they just keep getting replaced by new ones! Right foot....
Left foot! I have smaller ones going up my leg but discovered a BIG one on my thigh this morning!! I won't show a picture of that one to save you from a horrible sight! lol It scares me that they are traveling. I feel like a leper!
The one on my knuckle has gotten bigger! Grrrrrrr
As well as my elbow! This is so extremely frustrating!
I WANT AN ANSWER AND A CURE!!
I can't thank my friend Jorjette enough for running my booth today! When Tony gets home, he will take me over to finish up the last hour and clean up the table. We have our Ward Christmas party tonight and we will have to go over to finish up setting up chairs and tables. There is a funeral today so there will already be several up but we'll have to put up a few and then decorate. I doubt I'll be much help. BUT, I'll give it the old college try!
We were asked to brings socks to donate for Christmas tonight. I went through my drawer and got several new ones I bought at MACY'S Outlet when it was still in the Karcher Mall. I also told Angel Lyda ( a gal I minister to) that I would go through my stamps and give her some. I am finding a lot so I called Scotlyn and asked her if she wanted some too. She said yes.
My sweet husband stopped at Costco on his way home from the TEMPLE and picked up this
HUGE BEAUTIFUL POINSETTA
for me. He said I needed some cheering up! So, I have two poinsettias and a little tree for Christmas this year! It will do!
At 3:15 we drove over to Nampa High to clean up my things. Sweet Denise had her's all boxed up and was working on mine! She and John are the BEST! After taking out the $24 dollars I put in for change and then taking out my payment of $45 dollars, I made a whole whoppin $17 bucks! NEVER AGAIN! Denise said people just weren't buying this year. Live and Learn!
We came home and put my funeral potatoes in to bake. At 5:45 we got Joyce and headed over to the church. It was a super good turnout and the food was delicious!
The Primary did a wonderful Nativity program, and we all sang Silent Night together!
I needed an uplifting Christmas program to take my mind off my issues! Thank you Primary!
Janel Stears ended by singing Love Knows No Boarders! It was lovely!
A GREAT EVENING!
