BEAUTIFUL THURSDAY

82 degrees today!! 

BRING ON THE SUNSHINE!!

It was an absolutely gorgeous day today! We went to the temple. It was just me and Tony and Joyce as Lynn was not feeling well. We all did the 9am session and then Joyce and I went to do Sealings while Tony did a 2nd session. Joyce and I also did Initiatory after Sealings.

The Temple flowers are breathtaking! Wish I could grow them like this! We came home and changed into gym clothes. We actually wore short pants today. Me capri's and Tony shorts. We just walked and I did 3 miles and Tony four. We stopped at his mom's on the way home and the epoxy guys were just finishing her garage floor. She asked Tony to take her to the hospital because she gets backed up so bad it makes her sick. So, we came home, Tony changed and then she came by and picked him up and off they went. I got my laundry downstairs and started the 1st of three loads. 

It's a bit breezy this afternoon and I can see by blossoms flying in the air like crazy! So, I went out and got a couple of pictures because I don't think they are going to last much longer.

I can see some green leaves starting to form so soon it will be a beautiful green tree. I'll miss mu pretty pink blossoms! At least it will be leafing out. The Locust in the back yard is still just twigs. lol  It is getting buds but it will be a while till it has leaves.

My "Basket of Gold" is opening up!

This one id growing good and will start to get a tall purple bunch of flowers sometime soon. I hope! lol

I'm concerned about my Peony in the back yard. It has not done well the past two years. I gave it the Potash so I'm hoping it will but the one in the front looks so much better.

The Quintz bushed are blooming. The red one has the most but the others are starting as well. See, the trimming them back didn't hurt them at all!  I came in and got my 1st load of laundry finished and put away and was taking out the 2nd batch when Tony got home. I fixed him some lunch and then made a batch of cucpcakes.

It's Scotlyn and Jayden's birthdays tomorrow. I sent Jaden his money and a card but I made Scotlyn cupcakes and we are taking her to lunch after school tomorrow. Her parents are in Scotland for their anniversary and I didn't want her to not get cake!!  lol She is staying with her friend tomorrow night and her Grama NaNa on Saturday so I get her on her birthdy for an hour or two. It will be fun. 

It's been a beautiful gorgeous day. One more batch of clothes to go and I'm gonna rest till bedtime.

It's so nice when  the littles appreciate the little bit of cash we send! Wish we could do more but with the number of grandkids we have, it's impossible.  Sure love them though.
