WEDNESDAY / YARD DAY

We slept in today and got to the gym at 8:45. Pat was having a bad day and didn't make it at all. She had a man come to work on her furnace, her foot was bothering her and she had to take one of her dogs to get a haircut. lol  Sounds funny! She got her 2000 mile shirt today. At least they called her and said it was ready to pick up.  We'll meet tomorrow at 7:30 am and catch up. I rode the elliptical 10 miles and then walked the track one. Tony walked and did weights. We left and went straight to COSTCO to pick up Tony's meds and to check on mine. We got a few other things and then went to WINCO to get grapes and oatmeal. Came home, ate a quick breakfast and then out to the yard to get some Fall cleaning done.

I worked on flower pots and the beds while Tony mowed up leaves.
I have a little electric trimmer and I cut down a lot of bushes and flowers. I did a lot of bending over and picking up leaves etc.

It looks better than it did before I started.

The yard looks pretty good but we've decided we'll have to do some raking over the next few weeks.

I had Tony trim some of the big tree on the left. It was looking uneven to me and looks a lot better now.

He bundled up the tree and we got all the trash out of the house. Tomorrow is garbage day.  I came in and showered and then started laundry. Tony did the same and got ready for a Priesthood meeting tonight. I'm trying to sell some Halloween stuff on Marketplace. So far I've only sold two items. Not doing so good. lol

Had a photo done of myself. I like it. I probably ought to have my hair cut to that style again.
I'm tired and sore now. It's amazing how hard it is to bend and pick up stuff any more and how tired and hurting my body is afterwards. It sucks getting old. BUT, it's better than being NOT able to do it.
Time for bed. Got a big day ahead of us.
GOD IS GOOD!~
