Way to go Laverne! You are my hero. I usually take the kids for a walk around the neighbor, but we have had a ton of rain lately, so it's a no go! Keep up the good work! Oh, and I am so excited for you and your hubby to be reunited!
I go as soon as I get home from work. If I have to work the late shift I don't go cuz it's dark and tooooo scary. I try and walk 3 miles when I go but last night due to the weather I only went 2! So far this week I've only waled twice cuz Monday I had FHE with a lady in the ward!
Well way to go!!! I'd like to start going on walks once my doctor clears me, and once the weather clears up... I think Tristan and the pups will like it too! Keep it up!!!
It wasn't doing this when I started but it was coming down HEAVY when I quit!
I didn't go the usual 3 miles but I did make it TWO before throwing in the towell!
