ROUGH NIGHt!~

Just before I got into bed last night, (7:30) I got an Insta Message from my cousin Dale in Canada. She said our cousin JoAnn died and the Canadian families asked her to inform me so I could let our American families know. I was so SHOCKED!!  She is younger than me and maybe even a little younger (or maybe the same age) as my sister Lorie. I asked how she passed. Dale said they were doing an autopsy but she suspected it was a stroke or a heart attack! I guess she suffered a stroke a couple of years ago. It was not a good thing to hear before I went to bed because she was all I could think about!!

None the less, I did not sleep well at all last night. I finally went down to the couch and still could not get my mind off of her. I finally went back up at 1:30 and still had a heck of a time dozing off. Finally did and then had to get up at 4:30 to get ready to serve at the temple for our Saturday morning shift.  I kinda looked like this but I made it through! I did have a couple of incidents happen. One embarrassing and one super cool! The embarrassing one was when I was in Initiatory the 1st time. There was a super sweet young lady coming through and she was doing Temple names. On the last one, the 1st name was Theresa or something like that but there was an x in the name.  Her last name was Schmidt. As I was concentrating on how to pronounce her 1st name, I accidently said her last name as @#%&!!!   I was mortified and quickly apologized and said it correctly! The girl was so sweet and laughed so hard. Oh man, I was so embarrassed!! When the lady who was in anointing came in, she asked the young lady how to pronounce the 1st name as well. I told her, "It's the 2nd name ya gotta watch out for"   the young lady laughed again and we finally got the Spirit back and finished. Then when we finished, the sister in clothing asked me what was so funny. I told her I pronounced a name wrong and I was surprised I wasn't struck by lightning. I think she understood!

Then I did a couple of other posts and then went back to Initiatory a 2nd time. I was in anointing and a sister came through with the last name of Lind. She was looking at me and I was looking at her and I know we were both thinking "I KNOW THIS SISTER"   after the ordinance and she was going onto clothing, she turned to me and said "Berezay?" (my maiden name) I said yes and then I asked if she was married to Tom Lind?  She said Yes!  I couldn't believe it!!  She and Tom were from Missoula but I haven't seen her for at least 50 years!  I was hoping she would come through again but she only had the one name and I never saw her again! I was disappointed I didn't get a chance to visit. I used to have the biggest crush on her husband Tom when he 1st got off his mission. SMALL WORLD!!

My Fitbit quit yesterday!  SO, Tony got out my Citizen watch he bought me years ago. We stopped by Simmons's Jewelers on the way home from the temple to get a battery for it.  They replaced it for free and they also cleaned my diamond. It's so sparkly and pretty now!!

There was a beautiful wall decorated with HUGE Flowers in the entry way!

So when we were leaving, a young man who was also leaving took our picture in front of the wall.

When I got in the car, I told Tony that I love this watch! I've missed wearing it! He ordered me a new Fitbit but I am going to wear it on my right arm and keep wearing my citizen on my left. lol MAN, it was a $500 dollar watch and has small diamonds on each number. It's dumb to leave it in a jewelry box!!
We got home and changed and headed to the gym. We walked and did weights. I only walked 2 miles today and did 3 1/2 on a bike. Then I did weights.  I was tired!!

I got a picture of Tony on an abdominal machine.
When we finished, we went directly to WINCO for some groceries. Then we came home and I cooked UDON Noodles for dinner.

I put shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and onions in it. After we ate, we went to the Jarrett's to take care of Katie Cat. Tony played with her, while I cleaned her litter box and got her a treat. When we got home, we were watching MAJOR CRIMES when Tony got a call from Brother Hammond at 5:45, asking him if he would teach the Gospel Doctrine class again tomorrow!!  MAN, talk about not giving him  time to prepare! lol  Tony accepted!! He's da bomb! So we finished the show and now he's preparing. I'm gonna go get my waffle batter ready for tomorrow and then I'll take a shower. We're doing breakfast for dinner. lol
It was a good day!
