SUNDAY

Sacrament meeting was so good today. Some of the youth who went to FSY were asked to speak (extemporarily) and they did such a  great job. It fit right into my RS lesson too. The 2nd hour,
I taught my RS lesson, and it went really well. The Lord is blessing me with more confidence and a calmer spirit. I used to be petrified, but as I prepare and ask the Lord to help me, He has. I actually look forward to teaching now. I got a lot of compliments afterwards and Tony said a lot of sister's told him what a good job I did!

After church, Tony had a meeting at 4PM. He dropped us ladies off at our homes, which gave us time to prepare our dinner.

I made cookies for our dessert and Lynn brought ice-cream. We also brought root beer for floats (my choice)

I seasoned my green beans with some garlic powder and salt & pepper and let them sit for a bit.

Then when Tony called me and said he was on his way home, I put them in the air fryer and cooked them for 8 minutes!
They were good!

Joyce made a meatloaf and fresh mini red potatoes that she got out of her garden. Man. it was a really good meal! I took a picture of the group with Tony in it!

Then he got one with me! Well, I made him!!  lol
After all, I was there enjoying dinner too!
After we ate, we came over to our house and watched a couple of episodes of THE CHOSEN. It was a great Sabbath!
