THURSDAY~ SERVE & PLAY DAY WITH THE JARRETTS

Just as we pulled into the Rec Center this morning, my phone rang and it was Carol Ross. She asked if I wanted to go to Deseret Book with her? I told her I had just pulled up to the gym and I would be there a couple of hours because we walk and do weights today. She said she would wait and go later if I wanted to. I just felt like I needed to go with her. She is needing friends. I told her as soon as I was done at the gym, I was running a birthday card over to Kathryn Greenwood because it was her birthday yesterday and she wasn't home when I went. I found out she was in a rehabilitation place for a while and I could be ready to go at one o'clock. She said that was fine. So after our workout, I went home, fixed up a bit and I got the card for Kathryn and I put an ice-cream bar in an insulated bag and ran over to Cascadia of Nampa. Kathryn was so excited to get ice-cream. She said she had been asking them to bring her some and no one had. She was eating lunch when I got there and she pushed it aside and ate the bar. lol It was a hit!!  I got home and Carol came and picked me up and we went to Boise. We had a good visit and we both bought some new garments. It was good for me to serve in both ways. I'm glad I went with Carol. She was happy! 

This evening at 6, we went over to the Jarrett's. They got a new game they wanted to teach us. It was a new way of playing AGGRIVATION. We enjoyed it. We all won a round except for Suzette. Shawn actually won 2 rounds! 

It was a fun evening. They joke about how quickly Tony catches on to the games. He is Good!!

Shawn took a selfie of us all so he could send it to their brother-in-law in California. He taught them the game while they were there a few weeks ago and they both couldn't wait to teach it to us. It was a nice day and an exceptionally fun evening!
