GYM, GOODBYES & FIXING THINGS UP

We got up and headed to the gym, but Tony said we should stop and say goodbye to Diane & Jess. I said, "they'll still be here when were done with our workout" (I know how quickly they get away. lol) BUT, we stopped anyway and Diane was still upstairs. Lynn was in her Library reading. Jess was downstairs on a business call. Diane came down and said they were going to shower and then leave. So we said good byes and headed to the gym.
Ellie  was there working out with her mother. Livie was there as well but they weren't together. After Ellie and her mom finished the weight room, Melissa went to teach her senior class. Ellie caught up with us and we walked together quite a while. We finished our 4 miles and she continued walking while we went to our weights. It was fun to catch up with her one on one! Once we finished our workout, we left and stopped by Melissa's house and dropped off her garments we'd picked up for her. Then we stopped by Lynn's again and guess what??  Jess & Diane were still there! lol
Do I know them or what?
We visited with Diane & Mom at the kitchen table for 45 minutes or so and then Joyce showed up. Jess was out loading the car so I asked if I could get a picture of them.

I got one of the two of them (and Lynn photobombed it) lol

So I got the two ladies in one with them. We still left before they took off but I'm sure they left shortly after we did. We came home and rested for a bit. I was feeling a little nauseated and needed to rest. After about an hour, we took off to drop tomatoes and zucchini off at Sister Law's house. We visited with her for quite a while and then we headed to LOWE'S to get some primer. I needed it for a project I have wanted to do for a long time.

We got home and ate leftover's and then I got out my wicker furniture that Lynn gave me a long time ago. I've always wanted to paint it and today was the day!!

I took it apart and got it primed 1st.

Tony finished up his tailgate for his trailer he'd been working on and got the metal trim put on it and installed back on his little trailer.

I tried to put the baskets back in and they weren't fitting. I called Tony out and he said, "turn it over. You're trying to put them in the back!" lol
Sure enough, they fit correctly when I turned it around. Tony said I should wait a while because it was a bit tacky so we came in and watched some MAJOR CRIMES while it continued to dry.

I will let it dry overnight and then put the material covers in it in the morning. I am pleased with the results. I like it so much better than the brown. I'm excited to have done something to remodel my laundry room bathroom. lol
