A LOVELY SABBATH

It was a beautiful Sunday. The weather is cooling down some and it was very comfortable. We started off going to choir practice. We are singing next week . We went to Sacrament meeting and renewed our covenants. I am so grateful for my Savior and His atoning sacrifice for me and all mankind. I am grateful for the opportunities I have to show him how much I love & appreciate Him. We have a new couple who just moved into the ward. They spoke. They met on their mission in Edmonton Canada and then were reunited at Ricks a few years later. They are going to be a great asset to our ward. They have a little 5 month old baby boy who is adorable. After Sacrament meeting, we had Relief Society. Jenni gave the lesson and did a good job. Tony went with Brother Stucki to Carol Ross's apartment to give her the sacrament. I took Lynn and Joyce home and I boiled my potatoes and mashed them just as Tony got home. I'd also made roasted tomato soup. Joyce made a strawberry pie so we went over to Lynn's. She made chicken fried steak & gravy. It was a good dinner. After we ate, we played a round of GOLF and then went over to the Cleaver's to wish Livi a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Her big day is tomorrow. She was born on Sept. 11th.
I made her a motorcycle card. She has her own bike and rides with her dad. (and Blake, when he's home)

We gave her golf tee's and ball marker's. She's also on the Golf Team at school. She said she was so happy to get them as she used up her last one yesterday! Good timing!!

We also got her a box of BUENO's! She loves candy! lol
What kid doesn't?

Before leaving, I got some pictures! Gramma GG & Livie!

And of course US!~  Her dad (Nathan)  was trying to talk Joyce & Lynn into riding on his motorcycle but the gals were not interested. lol We went back to Lynn's and watched a couple of episodes of
THE CHOSEN. It was funny because after dinner, Lynn said, "Let's play Golf"...Joyce said, "I want to watch our show. We haven't seen it for a couple of weeks."  lol  So I said, Let's do both so you'll both be happy! So, we did. It was a great day!
