DAY OF SERVICE!~

Probably not too many more weeks of lawn care before things quit growing for the season. SO, we got to it this morning after a bowl of peaches & cream. Mmmmmm, now they are gone!
Tony went to Lynn's while I tackled our yard. Joyce's was too wet.  Our's was a bit wet but not too bad.

It's always so satisfying to see a nice clean cut yard. I dug a few dandelions that had popped up. There always seem to be a few but so far none have had a chance to bloom so I'm keeping them at bay!
The tomato growth has slowed down and I only got 5. I see one more zucchini coming on but it just started. I also see a couple of cukes but they are small. SO, I left them for now.

I'm actually pretty pleased with this Begonia. I love the
BIG YELLOW petals.
Soon, they will be gone. BOO!~  :(

Once we finished with the 3 lawns, we came in and showered and got ready to take Mark Hollingsworth out to lunch. He is a man in our ward who fell a couple of months ago and broke his arm up near the shoulder. He has been home bound and we thought to take him out, so he could get out of the house. We took him to
CHICK FIL A for lunch.

Then we took him to ColdStone for ice-cream.

We spent a good hour and a half with him before taking him back home. Tony had a PHYSICAL THERAPY appointment at 2 o'clock, so we dropped Mark off, then he dropped me off and away he went. I finished up my laundry and then we headed to the Rec Center when Tony got home.
Wew did the rec center and then stopped at Terri Wilburn's house so Tony could take a look at her electrical setup for her Hot Tub (she just got from the Bostrom's) I wish he'd help her set it up but he says he can't because his license is expired. I just wish he'd help her because she is a single lady and could probably use help.

Tammy came over in the evening. They are having so much trouble with  kids. She just has to come and pour her heart out and get it all off her chest. We try and help her with suggestions and it's just a matter of following through. After we visited, we went over to her house and looked at the car problem they were having. Chris came out and he agreed with everything we had been talking over with Tammy, but she is such a soft hearted person, she has a hard time implementing it. Hopefully she will!
