SABBATH DAY

Mom got up and went right to her chair and read the scripture and Conference talk that Rick has typed up for her. She gets one daily but she wasn't reading them when we 1st got here. It took her a few days to get to it. She kept setting it aside and saying, "I'll read it later."
True to her word, she did it today.
After she finished, I got her breakfast and then she started asking me to get church on the TV. I had to call Will because they zoom the Astoria Ward and we didn't know how to get it on the TV. Will came down and got things set up and off to church, he and Charcie & family went to church.

Mom, watched some, and then would fall asleep and then watch again. It was sweet. The heart is willing but the flesh is weak.  After church, we watched some nice programs on the BYU channel. It was a good Sunday. Around 2, I soaked the potatoes
and then at 4pm,  I made dinner.

It was a clam chowder kit from DOOGERS.
It was pretty tasty.

I got another picture of the Eclipse from a friend in Utah. Pretty cool world the Lord created for us. It was a great Sabbath!
