SPRING CLEANING!~ IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER

Yesterday,  I got up and made chicken noodle soup, cornbread and cookies. Then, while Tony ran some errands, I went and visited my friend Robin. I was there around an hour and Tony came and picked me up. Then we came home, loaded up the food and took it to Jill. She is recovering from a hysterectomy and I was at my Mom's when she had it. I felt I needed to help her out. Tony was going to do some electrical work, but Jill said she thinks it was due to the wrong kind of bulb because it works now. Scott got home from Texas as we were there. I took a picture of Jill's tree before leaving the two of them alone. We came home and I started doing some cleanout. Books, dresser drawers, closet and recipe's. lol  I'm in the mood to declutter!
This morning, I continued to clean house while Tony put together the grill the Norton kids got us for Christmas.

He ordered, wheels, a cover, the seasoning grease (I guess that's what ya call it) and also a silicone part that goes inside. Tony's pretty thrilled. Me too, IF he'll cook on it!!

We loaded up the car and took all the stuff I got ready so far, to Deseret Industries!
Next week, I am going to go through my pantry and my cupboards and downsize again. Will make another trip to DI next week. I'm just so sick of all the clutter in my house!  I don't know why I got the bug , but I do and I am taking advantage of it while it's in my system!! lol

Jenni asked Tony and me if we could set up tables for a funeral that will be on Saturday morning.
So, we left DI and headed to the church. Tony and I put up seven tables with eight chairs at each one.

We also put up 2 long tables up front to serve the food from. Jenni came over and we got out the table cloths and all the paper goods for the dinner after the funeral. Tony and I will be in Utah for Ellies wedding so I was glad we could help with the set up at least!
It felt like a good productive day!
