A FUN SUNDAY!~

We got up Sunday morning and I got the soup off the back porch (my extra refrigerator) and got it put in the crock pot on low. We got ready for church and then we went to church in Joyce's car. We still don't have our car back from the shop and it is seriously too hard to get into a truck in a dress.  The Laws spoke in Sacrament meeting and they did such a great job. Then we went to Relief Society. The little girls didn't want to go to Primary and I told them that our Primary is really small and they could sure use the little girls there. Charlotte decided they would go and afterwards, we found out that there was only one boy in Primary. So with the 2 little girls, there were only 3 of them. They went to class together.  Carrie Jorgensen lead the discussion in Relief Society. I admire her so much. She has cancer and I'm not really sure how much longer she has. She went through Chemo and it made her so sick, she has decided to take her chances. I love her and pray she is going to be OK.

After church, we went home and I baked my bread. We changed our clothes and gathered up the soup, bread and cookies and went to Lynns for dinner. We ate dinner with Curtis, Deedra and the family and then Chris & Tammy and family came over after their ward let out. We ate, played games, watched some programs on TV. (Come Follow Up, and a true story about a little girl who died but came back, can't remember the name of it)  

Then Whitney came by to give Deedra some ornaments she painted for her as a Christmas present. After a bit, the Butterfields decided to leave. Deedra wanted to get home before dark and to get over the Blues. SO, I got a family photo before departure!

All here but Nikki. The kids are growing up quickly! Jack just turned 15!  I wanted to get a family picture of Chris and Tammy's group but I couldn't get them to come outside together. It never did happen. DARN!~  We stayed till around 6:45 or so. We got a text from Deedra saying they made it home safely.  We gathered up our dishes and headed home. We watched an episode of 24 and then went up and read our scriptures and went to bed. It has been a good weekend! BUSY but good!
