FRIDAY!! busier than we anticipated!~

Tony ended up on the couch last night (AGAIN) said he couldn't sleep so he went down and tuned the TV to Gerald Halverson. I slept just fine so when I got up at 8:15 this morning, he was still asleep. So I got up and got ready for the gym. Then I went to my craft room and made a birthday card for Lynn. (She turns 92 tomorrow) and I fixed a necklace I have had FOREVER, that she asked me to fix .... way too long ago. We are taking her out to dinner to her favorite place (Thailand Express) tomorrow after we are finished at the temple. Finally, at 10, I went downstairs and I asked Tony if he was going to sleep all day. He had his eye protector on (it darkens the room) and he said "What time is it?" I told him and he couldn't believe he had slept that long. lol  He hurried and dressed and off to the gym we went. Melissa sent us a text and asked if we could come today for haircuts? I was ready and so was Tony. We finished our workout at the gym and headed to Salty Blonde!

Missy was just finishing with Lynn when we got there.  It worked out perfect for us!

She took Tony 1st. Actually his hair had gotten quite long. I was shocked at all the hair she swept up after she finished with him!

Melissa wanted pictures for her website so I obliged her. lol

All done!

Like I said, we just came from the gym, so I had no makeup and looked horrible! But my hair had grown quite a bit as well so I needed it cut too. 

Look at Missy's hair!! Man, I wish it was on my head! She has gorgeous hair! I got my dad's hair! lol   NONE!

The nail technician who worked at Salty Blonde is moving to Boise. Well, she live in Boise so she is now going to work in Boise. Melissa said she'll be driving to Boise once a month to get her nails done. 

I look horrible BUT Melissa looks great!

Several ladies brought in the food for the nail tech's last day. Tony was enjoying himself.  lol  You know Tony when food is involved. 

All done. 

Tony cracked a joke! lol When we were done and Tony was paying, I got a call from Jenni (the RS President) and she asked if I was busy. Shelly Lamb needed a ride home. SO, Tony and I took off and went down the Blvd. and drove almost to Caldwell.

We got her picked up and taken back home.  Her son Ren was waiting on the porch for her.  Got a quick picture and headed home.

Jeff called me on the way home and told me he was at the home to see MOM. She was sawing logs when he arrived. lol

He had brought her a yarn that I asked him to buy. He said he placed his hand on hers and she came to. She was pretty disoriented at 1st and was looking at him like "Who the heck are you?"  He said he had to write her notes on her dry erase board. 

He gave her the milk shake and she was pretty tickled to get it. However, she said, "I need a bigger straw!"  He went to the kitchen and asked if  he could get a spoon. 

He said she was spilling all over her blanket so he cleaned her up and got her back to the straw. She finally got suction and was a happy camper.  So glad he went to see her.

He got a picture of the two of them  just before he left and  this time she was awake! lol So glad he got to go see her again. I sure appreciated him buying the yarn and getting it to her.
