PRODUCTIVE WEDNESDAY!~

Another foggy, frosty cold day. We went to the gym and did our walk, weights and elliptical. We came home and I got busy doing some things that need to be done. 

Stillman will be here this weekend for the last BSU game and I want to send their Christmas gift home with them. Diane also left one for them and I had to wrap it too. DONE!~

I needed to make a treat to take to the Ornament Exchange tomorrow night and since I'll be at the temple most of the day tomorrow, I decided I needed to do it today. I made brownies and put icing and peppermint crumbles on top to make it festive.

Then I wanted to make Pretzel Bark!  EPIC FAIL!!!  It  went sugary . I am so disappointed!! I followed the recipe so I don't know what went wrong but it is a TOTAL FAILURE!! I think I'll take it to the Ornament exchange and take the Brownies to the Ward Christmas Party! The women will understand. lol I'm sure they have all had a similar experience.  lol  I also did 3 loads of laundry while working in the kitchen. I had Tony take some chocolates (good ones) to Patrick and Kaitlynn next door thanking them for the turkey. 

When we settled down to relax, Tony worked on his puzzle and I crocheted on my afghan.

Later, I got out my diamond puzzle and worked on it for a while. Time to shower and hit the sack now. It was a productive day ...except for the bark!  :(   BOO!~
