SUNDAY CHRISTMAS PROGRAM!~

It was our Christmas Program at church this morning. We had to be at church at 8am to go over the songs we were singing. We picked up Joyce and we were the 1st ones there. Lisa, the director, pulled in just in front of us. There were a few more show up , BUT not the entire choir. Church started at 9 and I must say, a lot more people came up and it turned out SO GOOD!~ I seriously think the angels were singing with us! Church was only an hour today so afterwards, we came home and I cooked rice and orange chicken for Joyce, Tony and myself. Joyce brought over a cabbage salad. We ate and then we watched the Christmas episode of COME FOLLOW UP. Then we continued with the
 TABERNACLE CHOIR CHRISTMAS PROGRAM!

Joyce fell asleep while watching but she came to a few times! lol

I could hear snoring behind me and sure enough, Tony was sawing logs as well. He had a rough night last night so I couldn't blame him!  He was working on Temple names when I went up to bed. I was asleep when he finally came up so I know I got a better sleep than he did. (I usually do)  lol
I had to take a picture of my Amaryllis flower!!

It's got several blossoms about to open!!  Maybe by Christmas Day!!
I think I'm gonna have to get one of these every Christmas!
I LOVE IT!~

We went over to the Jarretts at 4PM to take them to the airport. They are flying to California for Christmas. She sent these flowers home with me because she's afraid they'll be dead when she gets home in a week. NICE! I'll have a nice bouquet for my Christmas table!!  After dropping the Jarrett's off at the airport, we drove back to Meridian, where we met Trudy Jones. She had a Christmas gift from my friend Tammy, who lives in Layton Utah. She was my Maid of Honor at my 1st wedding. She never forgets me!! After leaving Trudy, we drove back to Nampa and stopped to see Carol Ross. She fell on her face a week ago and is pretty banged up. I gave her some chocolates and we stayed and visited about 45 minutes.

When we left, I told Tony I wanted to stop on the 2nd floor. The Taylor sisters live on that floor and they told me that it is all decorated up and down the hall they live on. There are all kinds of wall hangings on both sides of the hall. They were all Christmas scenes. It was really lovely. I tried a selfie.....yeah, I know!! I can't take a selfie for the life of me.  lol  Well, we are home now and resting. Got a lot to do in the next couple of days to get ready for Christmas dinner, here at my house!!
