TEMPLE TUESDAY

It almost didn't happen!  lol

Lynn came over to pick us up at 8:45. We drove to Meridian and Lynn and I went in, thinking Joyce was right behind us. We dressed and went up to the chapel.  Sister Glaettli came in and told us that Joyce's recommend was  expired. We went down stairs, thinking we were going to have to get dressed and leave, but we met Tony coming out of the office and Brother Badger told him to call the Bishop and a member of the Stake President and see if they could do it over the phone. Sure enough, he did and we went back upstairs just as they were filing into room one. We waited for Joyce and she finally made it upstairs and we were just 3 minutes late. These ladies sure keep us on our toes! lol

We did an endowment each and then 63 sealings in the next two hours. We were so grateful for the little miracle. The Bishop and President Felix answering their phones immediately and getting Joyce's recommend taken care of on the phone.  When we got out it was super HOT!  94 and getting hotter!!

The plants love it though!

Me.....not so much!

We went to FREDDY'S for lunch. Haven't been there in a while and if I'm gonna have a burger, that's the place I love!!

And these two girls have to have their ice-cream!!  

After lunch, we went to COSTCO and filled Lynn's car up with gas. Then home we went.  

My Dahlia is pretty well in full bloom ....FINALLY!!  

Tony and I changed into something comfortable and cool and settled down for the evening. It's almost 5 and I didn't sleep very well last night so I'm ready to relax. It was a good day!
