GOT CHRISTMAS DOWN!!

Well, it's only January 26th and I FINALLY GOT ALL OF CHRISTMAS DOWN and packed till this coming Christmas !!  I had to finish the tree. I took off all the ornaments, boxed them and put them in tubs and Tony took the tubs to the garage and put them on the shelf. 

I then vacuumed, dusted and got the front room all put back to normal. As much as I love to have my Christmas decor out, it actually feels pretty good to have the house back to normal.  

I sat down for a bit to rest because it really takes it out of me. But looking at the Christmas village, I decided to get it ALL DONE! Thank heavens' for Tony! I put up a table in the back room and handed Tony all the trees, snow and a couple of village houses. Then Tony said he would climb up there and hand me the houses.  He did and I really appreciated his help. Once they were all down, I boxed them up and then he helped me put them away in the living room closet. He had to go to a meeting so I dusted and vacuumed the back room and then the room off the garage. I also did 2 loads of laundry and was totally exhausted by the time it was time for bed.

We got up this morning and went to the gym. We came home and I got ready for my dentist appointment. It was supposed to be a cleaning only but I had chipped a front tooth and I wanted it filed down. The dentist said that my front teeth are so thin that she wanted to build them up and then fix the chip. There was also a small filling that came out a long time ago. The last time I was at the dentist, they said I kept my teeth so clean that I didn't have to have it filled. HOWEVER, this time she said she would fill it as well. So, she did it all today and I didn't have to be numbed. All done and it feels so good! |We came home , ate some yogurt and then we went to the store for milk and half and half.  Tony said, since I can't eat tomorrow, ( getting ready for the colonoscopy)  he would take me out for  lunch. I choose FREDDY'S. It was so good!!

I really like their steakburgers. Nice change from Chick Fil A.! lol  which Tony would prefer.  Home again and I am working on cutting out some dies  until my meeting at 7PM. Watching some TV and relaxing. It's been a good day! GOD IS GOOD!~
