PREPPING

We got up and got to the gym at 7:45. Pat and I had a good visit as we walked. I know a lot of people at the gym and at one point my friend Alissa, started walking with us. We went about 3 laps with her and then Pat stopped to use the restroom. I waited for her so Alissa kept going. Then after a few more laps, Maria started walking with us. She is even slower than me and Pat. lol  Anyway, after a lap, she said she was looking for her friend, Patty, and dropped off. Then as we got around to the other side,  I saw Patty and told her Maria was looking for her. My friend Pat said, "You know everybody!!"   I said some of them were from church but a lot are just friends I've made from the gym. Pat says, "I don't like to share you!"   Pretty funny! After we got our four miles done, we walked out to the cars with Tony.  Said our goodbyes and told her we wouldn't be at the gym tomorrow as I am getting the colonoscopy now.  We got home and I took 2 Dulcolax and then brought some things down to the back room to keep me busy while I'm cleansing. lol  How fun is this gonna be!! I drank 3 bottles of flavored water and then the wreath came.

We ordered a wreath on line because I didn't get one before or after Christmas  and I wanted to wire all my coke ornaments to one. The little tree I used to put them on was starting to fall apart.  Besides, the wreaths are so much easier to put up and every Christmas, it gets harder and harder.  I'm definitely feeling my age.

Tony was a dear and put a device on the back of a kitchen chair so the wreath could hang, and it would be easier to wire the ornaments to the wreath. .....Unfortunately, I decided it wasn't going to work. The wreath was plastic and after getting 7 ornaments wired, I told Tony it wasn't gonna work. We are planning on shipping it back to Amazon and then I put the  a tub in the garage. Guess I'll wait till November and buy the kind I want, and start again.  

I needed to feed my sourdough starter, so I made waffle batter and put a cup of the starter in the batter. Then I fed it again. I plan on making waffles tomorrow when I get home, and can eat something. 

I had been cutting out dies before I started on the wreath, so after the disaster with the crappy plastic wreath, I made a couple of cards.

I'm gonna send this one to Pats aunt who was kind enough to make these for us . She sent several hats to Pat along with these bowl caddys. She sent a couple for me and Tony as well as a hat.

I think I'll give the hat away. Its kinda small. But I love the soup caddys. I'd been thinking of making some myself. Now I don't have to. lol  Now it's time to drink the Miralax. 5 bottles  of this in the next hour and a half!

It's in a Mango bottle (which I drank earlier) but we mixed in in lemonade water. Thank goodness, it tastes like lemonade and not that crap they had me drink the last few times I had to do this. Now  to see if it works! sure hope so. lol
