A VISIT FROM HEATHER & THE KIDDIES !~

Heather and Jon won't be here for Thanksgiving because Jon is working nights .....
the night before and the night of!~  boo
So Heather and the 3 kids made a special visit to Nampa to visit for a while. They came in around 7PM Friday night (the 18th) so I asked for Monday and Tuesday off so I could spend some time with them. Heather gave me this little lap quilt she made me for my birthday. She put it all together and then had it stitched.
 I LOVE IT!!~
Tony had to work overtime Saturday and we had made plans to take the Hendrix to the Senior Thanksgiving Dinner at noon so Heather went out to her sister's and they did a little shopping. I did some grocery shopping on my own after the dinner was over (which by the way was so delicious!) and then later that evening Heather came back with the kiddies.
They were going to meet up with their dad (who is living back in town) and with her brother Gavin and Traci and her kids for breakfast Sunday morning .... however Gordon canceled, so Traci canceled and Heather and the kids met with Gavin for breakfast at THE EGG FACTORY.
Later that evening, they met with their dad and Traci's family for dinner.
Monday, we went to BIG AL'S and the kids bowled. I was content to just watch. It was fun and the little ones enjoyed them selves.  Afterwards, I told the girls I would take the 4 little ones back to my place and they all went to get a pedicure or their nails done.

The girls got back around 6:30 that evening and Traci picked up Andrew and headed home.
Tuesday, we decided it was "MOMMY TIME" so Sophia said she would tend the little kids and Traci, Heather and I went to THE VILLAGE in Meridian.

I forget how cool it is .... They have such awesome fountains and such.  We did a selfie before hooking up with Jill for lunch at TWIGS..... (I think that was the name of the place)

It was fun and it was delicious!!

As we were roaming the grounds, we ran into SANTA!!
He has a look on his face like "WHO ARE THESE CRAZY GIRLS!!

And now another selfie with Jill!~

We decided to meet up at 6 on Tuesday night and head to Caldwell to see the lights. Tony had a High Priest Group meeting at the house and we had to get out of the house.
The lights were very impressive! They were beautiful but it was
SO COLD!!

Heather and Mara

Traci, Sophia, Isabel and Andrew .....
It's been a fun 4 days. Heather is leaving in the morning (Thanksgiving Day) to head to Ogden where she and Jon will be having dinner with his folks. I had to come back to work today so Heather is busy at my place making 2 pretzel salads and 2 Chocolate coconut cream pies for her and me!!  SO COOL!~  All I'll have to do tomorrow is bake the turkey and make the gravy because she already made me rolls too!!
 AWESOME FOR ME!!~

I hope everyone has a wonderful HAPPY THANKDGIVING!!~
