Thanksgiving 2016 !~

 

AND IT ALL STARTED WITH A BIRD!!~

 

Actually, we had two of them as well as a ham!!  lol
 We had hoped for a much larger turnout for Thanksgiving this year, so I reserved the Canyon Building to hold the masses!~ Then Jess and Diane canceled. Jill and family decided to go to her mother's (who I had invited as well, along with her sister and her kids) Traci and Jason went to Jason's parents home. Heather and kids left Thanksgiving morning to go back to Ogden to have dinner with Jon's parents and Ken and Cori opted to go with their original plans and have Thanksgiving with all their kids (which we hoped would all come too)
None the less, we had a great time and great food and wonderful company!~

 

There's actually 3 in this picture!  lol  Curtis and Deedra and a little girl who will be joining  us  in a week or two!!   YAY!~

Donna joined us too!~  She is Michelle's mother. We were hoping her son Jordan and his new fiancé and her two children would come  but they went to her parents home,  Dang,  another time!!~

I'm not sure if we got pictures of all 10 of the grandkids that were there because the little ones were running and playing so hard .....like who cares about food when we have this huge place to play in!
It was fun and easy cleanup (which I loved!!~) After dinner and  some visiting,  some went home to rest, and the majority of us went to Tammy and Chris's home to play games, watch movies and enjoy visiting for a bit.  Then some went BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING and Tony and I finally left to go home and rest because we are both working today!~
One of theses years I hope to have a Thanksgiving with all the Stewart kids!
I can dream can't I?
And a special thank you to Heather, who made me a pie, rolls and a pretzel salad to take to our Thanksgiving dinner!
So sweet of her and all delicious too!~
