UNCLE ALREADY!!~

Saturday morning, I got a call from my visiting teacher telling me that church was canceled throughout the valley and that we were to obey the fast and pray for minimal damage but  to be thankful for the moisture. After talking to my husband and getting confirmation we decided we'd better go to the store and get a few things. His mother needed to go and pick up some prescription's so we told her we'd come get her. When we got to her home, Tony proceeded to knock off the ice cycles. Some of them were huge!!  

As you can see here!!~  (Should have had the pictures reversed!  lol We went to each room upstairs and did this but couldn't in her bathroom because the window was frozen shut!
After doing this, the 3 of us took off for the stores!
We went to Costco 1st and it was a zoo! I swear, all of Nampa was shopping and trying to beat the storm! I wanted to buy more bottled water and by the time we got there, they were down to the last pallet and we picked up 4 cases and then some other came and cleaned it out! We then went to Winco to get a few items and it also was a zoo! We hurridly picked up what we needed and got the heck outta there.

The storm had started and it was bad! It took us a good 1/2 hour to get from Winco back to Tony's parents home. We waited for it to quit and then went out and shoveled! I am ready to cry "UNCLE"....  so tired of the snow already! The most I've seen since I've lived here in Boise!
It must be that "Global Warming" .... lol
