FUNDRAISER !~ FOR HOSA!

Sophia is involved in a "Fund Raiser" to help her raise money to go to Florida. Traci asked if I would help make some items to sell. I said I would and after mentioning it to my friend Zella, she comes by the office with a mess of cute fabrics!  I was so grateful to her because I gave all my fabric's away!  (I know, dumb, right?)  I washed the fabric on Monday and pressed it and cut out 16 "Burp cloths" .........  Then I got 6 of them sewed together and took them to work with me on Tuesday and turned them and slipped stitched the opening. When I got home from work Tuesday, I stitched around the edge of each of them and then sewed the other 10!

Today, while it's been slow, I turned the remaining 10 and slip stitched the opening and tonight when I get home, I will put a decorative stitch on the edge of these! Saturday, Traci and the girls are coming over to make quilts and Super Hero capes! I hope they have success at the fund raiser!! It's fun to help them out!  Love those kids! They are smart and motivated!
