RUSH RUSH RUSH!~

Such a lovely day to attend the temple.  We didn't go yesterday (which is our normal weekday to go) because we had the retired Electrician's luncheon and Tony feels like he needs to support them. So we got up this morning, readied ourselves and then Lynn came over at 8:45 and off the four of us went. Deedra wasn't up to it today. We did two sessions but today it was a bit stressful for me. Only because there were some delays in the 1st session and by the time we went to go to the 2nd, the sister told us we'd have to wait for the 12 o'clock session. I was stressed because I knew Tony would be waiting for us. Finally, they sent someone up to see if we could go and they were waiting for us.  Arghhhhh!  The three of us hurried as fast as we could and made it ok but the session was delayed because of us! That stresses me out!! BIG TIME!~  Anyway, all was well and we made it through. I saw Sister Karen Kahuhu. She used to be in our ward several years ago. She had moved to Washington and has now moved back and lives in Caldwell. We saw her last week in Costco too. Pretty cool.
After we got out, I walked down to the entrance to see what flowers they had planted and I was right!!

They don't leave it empty very long. They had planted pansies and decorative cabbages. It looks so nice! We left for home but had to stop at Costco to fill Lynn's car with gas. I fed the ladies lunch with us. I had put a sausage soup in the crockpot and we had artisan rolls and ice-cream and cookies.  After the gals went home, I made a white cake for the Poulsen funeral tomorrow. When it was cooling, we headed to the rec center to walk and at least get out exercise day.

I spotted this creepy spider on one of my laps but alas....he was dead! lol  As I was on my last lap, Tony  came out and asked if I'd got my 10,000. I had so we left and went to Walmart for some chocolate milk and coconut. Then home to finish the cake.

Once I got it done, I wrapped it and we took it over to the church and put it in the fridge. We are supposed to have it there by noon tomorrow but I wasn't sure what tie we'll get out of the Temple. (It's our shift when we serve tomorrow) so to be on the safe side, we took it over this evening. We came home and showered and are ready to hit the sack now. It's been a good day. A little busier than I'd expected but a good day none the less!
