Tony and I headed to the hospital for more lab tests this morning. It didn't take long but my poor veins are tired of being poked and prodded and they were hiding. I now have 3 more nice bruises on my arm. He dropped me back home when we finished and I came in and crashed. I can't believe how tired I get doing something that should be so easy! He did his 2 walks and weights today so when he got home, it was time to make some dinner. I asked him to get out some Udon Noodles from the freezer. We had some carrots, broccoli and asparagus, and green onions we needed to use up so I thought a Stir fry would be good. BLESS HIS HEART, he cut up the vegies while I boiled the noodles and made a fry sauce.
I'm so glad Heather left a package of these when she was here last! It turned us onto them and we really like them! I'm so glad he is helping me cook right now. I have sure needed his assistance as I get so winded doing very little.
After we ate, we started watching some Christmas movies. Tony dug out a Christmas puzzle. It was only 300 pieces so I knew he'd have it done before we went to bed! He's fast!
I had some puff pastry so I made a small treat with a chocolate inside. They were nummy!
Making progress!
AND MORE PROGRESS!~
And done! I love it and it will be framed. Maybe not till summer but it will be a good one to hang at Christmas~ NEXT YEAR!
Headed to bed. Tony will go to the gym 1st thing in the morning and then come and get me for another Doctor appointment. I see Dr. Hansen tomorrow.
