FINALLY EXERCISING AGAIN.....KINDA!~

I finally went back to the Rec Center this morning. We renewed our membership for the next year and then went up to walk. Tony took off and I went on my own "slow as a snail" pace! lol I came up on Donna, Dee and Rena. Said Hi to all of them and Rena said she would walk with me. Believe it or not, I was faster than what they were going. lol Only because Dee was keeping pace with Donna who has slowed down a lot and uses a cane when she's outside. I was able to go 3 laps and then I'd have to sit while Rena did a lap on her own. Then I would walk with her again.

I was sitting it out when Tony came around so I shot a picture of him.  I think I only made 8 laps today but at least I gave it my best go! I will try again maybe Saturday after our Temple shift....
IF I HAVE THE ENERGY!~

It was so cold and windy when we got home. I have been getting pictures from a lot of family members who have been hit with the snow storms traveling through. UTAH has been hit super hard!! Colby, my sister Lorie, Heather have sent us pictures and they are all shoveling like crazy!  Jess and Diane got it too but no pictures. My brother Rick (in Astoria, Oregon) even got more snow than us! His grandkids were thrilled! They even made a
BIG SNOWMAN!!
I had to shoot them this picture to show them that we only have a skiff! Curtis and Deedra got it too!
We took it easy this afternoon. I took an hour nap! Tony worked on his puzzle. We were supposed to get together with the Sugg's (at their request) but they canceled last night. I was kinda glad and after getting home from the gym, I was real glad!  lol

After I woke up and while watching TV, I cut out some pocket's and will make some cards tomorrow. I can use them to put money in for kids who live out of town. Got a lot of March birthdays coming up that have to be mailed! lol
Time to start winding down and getting ready for bed.
It's been a good day and I feel like I am progressing!
FINALLY!~

Yay, you made it to the gym! Your story of going so slow on the track reminds me when I was walking the track when I was very pregnant with Alice. I was definitely the slowest one on the track! It was a little disheartening but at the same time I knew it wouldn't last. Just keep doing what you can and you'll get back to where you were. So glad things are improving!
Thankfully our snow has mostly all melted now. We've had some pretty cold days after it snowed and it's finally warming up again today.
