It snowed a bit last night but not much!! Now it's raining and the wind has been blowing ALL NIGHT!~
Tony got up and went to the gym. He's doing weights today so I stayed home. I'm getting stronger but just not up to going weights just yet! It was cold in the bedroom this morning and I wanted to stay under the covers and keep warm!
But I got up, showered and worked on my lesson for Sunday. I turned on the electric fireplace in the backroom and could hear the rain dripping off the roof and gazebo!
It's a good day to stay home and chill! Actually, I was chilled! lol Trying to warm up now! lol
OK, I lied! Tony called me after he was done at the gym. He said he was going to pick up his mother and then he would pick up me and we would take her to BURLINGTON to get a baby gift for Paige's Baby shower tomorrow. I'd already gotten my gift so Mom was going to add to it. It had stopped raining and the sun was out BUT it was still SUPER WINDY!! I got my shoes on and was ready to go when they got here. We went to Burlington and Mom picked out a cute little outfit for 18 months. Then she said, lets go look at the skirts!! lol I was game and Tony was elsewhere looking at stuff. He should never leave us unattended!! lol I found 2 skirts and mom found two skirts. Then I found a white lacy dress and a white jacket. I asked mom if it would work for the temple because it doesn't come to the ground. She said hers doesn't either so I got it.
Tony was probably wishing he'd taken his mother alone! Ha ha!
Tony told me I shouldn't wear it till I observe other sisters and see if there are any with one this length. It comes below my knees but he might be right. I have 30 days to return it if I need to . I sure like it though so I hope it will pass. I see a lot of really pretty lacy dresses and I really like them but when I look them up on line they are $89 and up. I got this dress and the jacket for $35. Seems like a deal to me! lol Guess, I'll check out the sisters tomorrow! 
I worked on some wallet cards this afternoon while Tony showered. I have a lot of decorating to do with them but will do that next week.
Like I said, the sun came out and the backyard snow is completely gone. It's still windy as all get out, but at least it's sunny!

I was going to make us a Taco Salad but discovered we are out of chili! DARN! Had my tastebuds all set on it! I went a head and made a chicken salad with romaine, cabbage & onions. I added the chicken after I cooked it in the air fryer. I also added slivered almonds, Chinese noodles, mandarin oranges and sesame seed. I also made a honey mustard dressing. It was good but
I REALLY WANTED A TACO SALAD!!
Boo!!
Well, it's now 6:30 and we are going to read and go over our lesson for Sunday and then hit the sack! We work early tomorrow so it's time to call it a day! Goodnight!~

The dress you picked is pretty. You should ask the temple matron what the dress code is and if it would work. I heard that Boise broke a 90 year old record for consecutive days in a row for having snowfall, even though there was little to no accumulation. We had a light dusting of snow this morning but it all melted quickly, thank goodness!
Thanks, I think I'll look for some more lace to add to the slip inside the dress to make it a little longer. I think I'd feel more comfortable. There was a sister on Saturday who wore a dress that was just below her knees but still think I'll add some lace. We got a nice rain today. BUT, we have had a record for snow.
