THURSDAY TEMPLE DAY!~

Got up at 6:30 this morning and got ready to go to the temple. We went to Lynn's house at 7:45 to get Joyce (and we drove her car) and we went to pick up Lynn. We had a 9am appointment so we had a little time to rest up in the chapel. It was a good thing as I realized I had left my packet at the temple last Saturday. I went to the cupboards where I had put it but it wasn't there. I had to go down to the laundry. LUCKILY, it was there! I was set to go! 

I am loving the new film and all that goes with it. It is so informative and I feel like I am learning so much more! 

After we finished the Endowment, we went upstairs to do sealings. I was happy to get 10 daughters sealed to their parents. Lynn and Tony got 5 couples sealed and 5 daughters sealed. We would have got more done but there was a man who popped into our session so he had some couples sealed as well. Still, it was a great day!

After we finished, I walked out back to take some pictures. It was too cold for the two women so I went by myself. 

I thought I'd take a picture through the trees because as soon as they start blooming, I won't be able to see the temple from this vantage point!

I think it makes an interesting picture!

Pretty, no matter the season!

We got home from the Temple and changed our clothes and went to the gym. Tony was only going to walk , so I went along with him. I walked 5 laps and then had to sit and rest for a while. I got a shot of Tony when he came around. I think he was on lap 9 or 10 by now. lol

He passed me after I started again and got a shot of me! I'm slow but boy, my heart is working hard!! My Fitbit tells me so! I had 305 zone minutes when we left! Before I got ill, it would take me walking 10 laps and lifting weights AND working out on the elliptical to hit my 150 zone minutes for the day!   We finished and headed home. Tony was going to take me to HOBBY LOBBY to look for a shadow box but we were hungry and I wanted lunch.

I made us a TACO SALAD  and it was mighty tasty! Romaine lettuce, onion and cheese and canned chili! Salsa and sour cream!! Yummy! ALMOST as good as Wendy's, ....not quite, but close! Just resting now! Watching The Closer! Tony said he would take me to Hobby Lobby but I'm too wore out now. lol There's always tomorrow!!
