BEREZAY FAMILY REUNION 2026

Tony and I drove up to Cascade, Friday afternoon. We couldn't check into our hotel until 4PM so we drove to McCall to eat lunch at
MY FATHER'S PLACE. Mmmmmm, it was good! We then drove to Donnelly to see the old cabins. I guess the big one is being used for an Air B&B.

Someone was there.
The old one across the street still looks good.

Someone built a Mansion next to the cabin on the water. WOW!!  It is beautiful. It makes the main cabin look small. It was fun to drive in and see them. We then drove back to Cascade and got checked into the BIRCH GLENN. It was ok but the bed had much to be desired. We got our things put away and then went to the Water's Edge campground and started visiting with those who made it.

Tyson and Conner (Artha's son's) were there and one of Tyson's boys.

My cousin Connie and her husband Dave. The last I knew, she was in Harriman Utah but since she married Dave, they live in Blackfoot.

Karissa and JJ  (Karissa is Connie's daughter) and JJ is Karissa's.

Daniel and Wendy

Kathy and John Stein

Janice Berezay with her daughter Dacia . Then Dacia's son and daughter and Cody's boy

Janet and her 2 grandson's

Dacia and her daughter

Jill and Heather (Heather is my cousin Maxine's daughter)

Debbie with one of Heather's daughter and Bella who is Karissa's daughter

My cousin Bonitta and her nephew, Conner and his wife. Friday night, we had Sloppy Joe's with all the salads, chips, and desserts. Then we all played BINGO. It was a great way to get everyone involved. They had a bunch of prizes and Tony and I each won twice. He got 3 bottles of Portland Ketchup and a bag of Root beer popcorn. I got a a set of glasses for hot or cold drinks and a clear BSU bag. It was fun. We went back to our hotel late in the evening. We woke up to thunder and some rain but by the time we got to the campground, things were cleared up.

There was a CORNHOLE tournament. Tony and Cody won last year and they were in it to win again.

It was fun to watch. They had four sets of cornhole stations set up and there was a bunch playing.

Scott and Cody won 1st place for the 2nd year in a row.

Dacia's kids came in 2nd and they said it was the 1st time they'd played. Scott and Cody might be in for a hard win next year. lol

I did an AI picture for the winners'

Jerry posed real nice for me

Jonathan, Julie and Tom Watson showed. They live in Cascade and it was great to see them.  Tony and I took a walk down the path that run's along the river. We wanted to go as far as the rapids, and we were surprised to find some of our family already there.

The kids were going over the falls in the tubes that they won at
the BINGO night.

Scott went over in the BIG RUBBER DUCK but got flipped off it.

Dacia's daughter was able to ride it all the way through.
She was amazing. It was a lot of fun! Tony and I walked back to the campground (got our 10,000 steps for the day) The kids all drove to the location. We didn't know that was possible but we needed the walk anyway.

When we got back to the pavillion, my cousin Robert, who lives in Hawaii, showed up with his wife Michelle. They had these three kids with them and I'm not sure if they were friends or theirs. I'm so bad.

We got the cards out and were playing GOLF with Scotlyn and Porter. That was fun.

From the left:  Janice, Tom, Julie, Jonathan, Dale, Pam and Troy

Robert and a friend from Hawaii

Scott went to visit with Julie, Tom and Christian and his son

Dale was there as well so I got a picture from the other end of the table so I could get him in the picture.

Daniel and Wendy

The program Saturday night was fun. Scott came up with a speed dating event at a NERD CON. He and Jill were Ghostbuster character's, and Scotlyn and Porter wer Pokemon characters. I was the announcer. It was fun.

Three of Tom Watson's granddaughter's sang. Tyson was the host for the evening. The girls were good.

The Ghostbuster and Slimer

Pokemon and can't remember the name of which character Porter was. They were cute together.

Michelle did her "CHUBBY" routine but she had Bella sit on her lap and she did it with her.  Tyson and his youngest, Bennett, held the mic. There were more participants but I didn't get any more pics.

Sunday morning we went to church in Cascade and then came back to the pavillion for a report on our families and a Testimony meeting. We then ate walking taco's.  There was a family meeting and next year, the Vern Berezay's family is in charge. That means me and Scott. We are hoping to have a good one.

IT'S SUCH A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!
It will be the 80th reunion so Scott has named it BEREZ80. I've already got some idea's for gifts for the BINGO game. lol  It was a great weekend.
GOD IS GOOD
