READY FOR CASCADE

Last night, Tony and I started watching a series on ANGEL  called THE WAYFINDERS. It's more of a young adult series but still pretty entertaining.  After we finished the 1st few episodes, I got on AI and made a couple of pictures! lol

I sent this one to Pat this morning and told her I was on my way over on my dragon to pick her up to go walking.  She gets as big a kick outta these as I do  making them!!

Phillip is always putting AI pictures on his blog, so I made this one for Tony and him. 

LOVE THOSE EARS!!  lol

After our walk this morning, we came home and ate quickly. Then I made a loaf of banana bread for the reunion.

Guess I'll take it and some chips to the reunion to share. Since were staying in a hotel and have no way to cook  so I've got to take easy things that will pack well. 

Tony got his puzzle onto a piece of cardboard and I modge podged it for him. I've got another coat to go but am waiting till it's good and dry.  I got a new set of dies so I wanted to try them out. They are arched and several sizes. I went upstairs and cut all the pieces I needed for 3 cards and then came down to do my gluing while watching TV with Tony.

Then I went up and cut out the "Just Be You" sentiment to put on the front. I also put a "It's your day" in the middle.

They are a bit heavy so if they were sent in the mail, I'm sure I'd have to put two stamps on them. Might just have to save these for local people so I can just hand it to them. lol

There are white pages on the back to write on.

I'm happy with them.

Tony took his mother to the store after we ate lunch. She just won't let it go about her keys to her car. She texted Tony when we got home from the gym and said she wanted a set of keys, then she sent him a text and said it again. Then she called him and again, he went over the reasons why we don't want her to drive and said it is not because we don't trust you but we want you to be safe because we love you. She called him again and said she was thinking of buying a motorized scooter so she could go places. we can't win. HENCE, the trip  to the store. It came up again when he took her but he showed her how busy the traffic is now in hopes she will get the picture. 

We went to visit a new sister in the ward and her two children who are in Primary. The kids are cute and will make a great addition to our small Primary. It's so hot out!! We came home and showered and are ready for bed. We'll go to the gym in the morning and then head to Cascade when we get home.
